Poem -
THE SONG OF NOW
It is not hard
Not hard to know at all
A body might just let go
Completely wholeheartedly
Release itself to fall
A body might just be still
And silent
And watchful for the moment
The heart might slow its flowing heatÂ
Reset it's rythym beat
The mind might quiet itself
Surrender to its smallness
Draw itself silent
And know itself filled up
With impressions from the higher
A body might draw a deeper breath
Be rid of the shallow
Feel nature's touch upon its brow
It is not at all hard
To know the song of... NOW.
