just another twitch or two then I'll suck you dry

you're  a very tasty morsel and you haven't got a clue

i'll wrap you up in my fine thread and then I'll have a chew

Spider you have a lovely web, did it take you long to spin it

I see you invited family

Is that my dad and brother

Youve wrapped them up so nice and neat

I think I'll get my mother

All are welcome to my web

with no exception there

please come closer little fly

come closer if you dare

I'll  wrap you up so nice and tight

you'll be so snug and warm

Of the spider and the web, did your mother never warn?

I heard my mothers warning

she told me just last night

to stay clear of spiders and take care in flight 

So thankyou for the gesture

but your dinner I am not
