His head and limbs had been removed 
The identity of his killer still not proved
All this happened twenty years ago 
Who was the victim the police don't know 

Forensics and DNA have drawn a blank
This poor boy's body found by a riverbank 
The torso in the Thames the media report
How sad that the killer is still not caught 

Arrests have been made but without success 
Enough to cause much anger and distress 
One day I hope the matter will be resolved 
Bringing closure to all that were involved
