THE WANDERER

THE WANDERER

He wandered around from town to town
Here was a man who could not settle down
One day he would be here the next day there
As long as he could rest he didn't seem to care

Ritchie had a reputation as a wandering soul
His rucksack of clothes his plate and his bowl
I guess he is a nomad with no fixed abode
If he likes your town he will lighten his load

So if you see Ritchie wave and say hello
Catch him before he leaves and starts to go
He will not settle for sure in just one place
Another of life's characters in the human race
