The Waves

The waves cover me up making me want to drown

I am just a obstacle to you ,waiting to be knocked down

But they tell me to keep still but I go around

I can't let the people I love to be let down

You tell me I’m too high and say to climb down

But you are my waves and I won’t drown

To you, a roaring wave

Who say you'll dig my grave

You keep others as slaves

And I keep fighting so I can save

For I am brave and I won't drown.
