The way back

The way back

Suddenly I fall,
mind comes crashing,
darkness shrouds,
panic calling,
still I'll find the way back.
Thoughts clouded,
feelings numbed,Ā
suppressed anger
meets it's manifestation,
still I'll find the way back.
Why am I here?,
instinct muddled,
fight or flight?,
fear's paralysis,
still I'll find my way back.
Breath deepens,
time to focus,
been here before
and I've conquered,
it's time to find the way back.
