The Wilderness
The wildernessÂ
Ingrained
Stardust surrounds her dreams
Bathing in the lake
Illuminated by moonbeams
Ripples radiate from her soul
Removing all afflictionÂ
Cleansing from within
Strengthening her conviction
The owls watch with wonder
The stillness of her heart
A strong silent calmÂ
As insects buzz and dart
She dips beneath the waters
Untamed and free and wild
The strength of a warrior
The authenticity of a child
