the willow tree

I see a willow tree at the side of the road,
I look to see forward but I don’t know where to go,
Blackness overcame what was left of me,
Senses overthrown from that willow tree
Sitting here spewing in the remains of guiltÂ
Looking back reminiscing on what we builtÂ
Can’t solicitate the package whence keptÂ
All of the remains of which you’ve sentÂ
Darkness of the face of that I burried
Shadows of the tree of that I worried
Wrongful emotions that left me behindÂ
Former glories to which to findÂ
I knew what I did was not deemed right
For the hills of glory are now out of sight
Pride and glory are now far departed
From this aching pain of which you startedÂ
But I find myself now lurking beforeÂ
The letter of presence to which I toreÂ
The light of dark saw me confoundÂ
The willow tree of that I foundÂ

Green trees can be sad, can't they?
Depends what type..
Hi moorso,
The wonderful weeping willow, it's long tendrils each a memory of my transgressions. Â But must I wallow in the darkness of the willow forever? Â I beg you, to dry your weeping eyes, and help me plant new seeds, from which we will cultivate new stronger arbors than were before. Â Great write. Â Welcome to Cosmo!
Peace and Love,
