THE WRITER

THE WRITER

A poem a story a tale or a yarn
the writer, no matter if  a woman or man
Tis the beauty of words written in his or her story
that is shown from the heart in all its glory

Tears could flow with words of sadness
or confusion could allude, in times of madness
Empathy is felt from a soul who writes in sorrow
the reader wishes to say "it is a new day tomorrow"

To portray in words the intricacies of a death
a pen dripping in tears not ink,of that last breath
Powerful are these words written, they are meant to be felt
For death is a certainty, whatever in life you were dealt

Love passion romance or an erotic sexual experience
a story written candidly is a joy not a social deviance
The writer is the master of creating an emotional art form
the pen his tool, deep in his soul is where it comes from

I thinks all writers can relate to these words Debs, it's excellent, I really enjoyed this.

Empathy is felt from a soul who writes in sorrow
the reader wishes to say "it is a new day tomorrow"

This is my favourite part of your poem, it produces a  feeling of of hope!

Thanks
