Them
What drives poets?
What gives us inspiration?
What makes us tick?
Life experiences.
Our own tears.
Our own heartbreak.
Our own love.
We  must first experience life before we write.
Thatâs what allows us to truly understand.
We have to be the woman who was abused by her husband. .
We have to be the teenage girl In love for the first time.
We have to be the boy who ran away.
We have to be the girl who was raped.
We have to be the man that looked into the women he loves eyes for the first time.
We have to be the child who was damaged by their parent
We have to be them to truly understand.
