there is darkness
in knowing
that every
heartbeat
will end
blade of grass
chlorophyllÂ
InfusesÂ
life
SeasonÂ
PredeterminedÂ
cycle
nothing
escapes
Its'
grasp
hope
Is
the
illuminateÂ
illusion
that
flickers
out
whenÂ
nature's
calls
at
dawn'sÂ
light
tangledÂ
weave
onÂ
humanity'sÂ
deceptionÂ
sleep
crusted
DNA
haunts
my
awakened
state
the bugle's
reveilleÂ
brings
structure
to an
inherentÂ
need
to carry on
darwinismÂ
is the architectÂ
while organized
religion
is the false
prophet
that
leads
the peasantsÂ
to work
another
day
in the end
though
life's cycle
reverts
back
to
dust
where
dreams
have no
passage......
