In any workplace
On any work floor.
There's a rich mix of characters
But always 1 , most abhor.

And they are too self confident?
Or just too thick skinned?
No one else matters
The entirity of their world , is them.

They rub up the wrong way
Arouse feelings of intense dislike
Think they know it all 
When in reality ....

They're a little person,
trying to walk tall ..
