Poem -

They don't make movies like they used too / blood and gore .

They don't make movies
like they used to
The horror scenes that made you
Roll on the floor with laughter
stretched out so straight like a bloody giraffe
Leaving your ribcage aching for days after
These days the sickness overwhelms like fright nights nightmares and the insane tantrum upon vomiting that chill pill he ate for breakfast
So real your guts churns and your bones turn to ashes
Your eyes dug out with a blunt spoon
Motionless shocked
avoiding the visions of your crumbling mind
The torturous state as you realize just what you bared witness too
Once seen implanted
Deep within the deeps of your soul
Twisting like a violent worm coursing though your veins
Sleepless nights galore
Once witnessing
such blood and gore
They don't make movies like they used to that's for sure .
