Poem -

THEY'RE COMING BACK AGAIN

THEY'RE COMING BACK AGAIN

They've read the same Books that we once read...

Those same Books now being removed from School and shelves...

Stories of people afraid to come to the door...

School Basements were occupied by Native American Children...

Parents lied if they could and didn't tell their Children their Nationality truth...

Some weren't so lucky and they were killed and their Land was stolen...

Give up your Rights and call the Government Mommy and Dad...

They will steal and you don't cooperate they will kill...

Walk away is your only choice if you're going to fight for your life for 4 long years, or 8 or however long it would take for you to get your life back...

Be careful when you give up your Country and you grow the Government as Big as your Country itself...

I almost improved my Land, until, you said you were coming when you win and take it and redistribute it...

One thing I promise you before I go, I know secrets too and in 5 minutes I can make it all uninhabitable...

One, Two I'm expecting you...

Three, Four Knock down my Door...

Five, Six Remember who started the War!

They're coming back again only if you believe, it's all good for you!

Hugs...

Hey sis Sparrowsong....It is horrible how Native Americans have been treated in history.....their lands they worked hard to grow crops on taken away and them distributed by the government in uninhabitable places and made to feel they were given mercy....It is heartbreaking.  I love how you don't hold out in sharing emotional writes that show truths we don't like to hear...but need to in order to not let history keep repeating itself.  I am horrified at how the history books are changed now and our children and grandchildren will not really know the truth of what happened.  Thanks for sharing.  xo Love n Hugs

Hello Greg...

I remember men coming to our door and my parents were very nervous and I was very little and I was coming down the stairs...

They said they wanted to see the Children and my oldest brother had blonde hair and blue eyes, the middle had dark hair and dark eyes and I had light brown hair and hazel eyes and they said those 2 are Indian and meaning me and my middle brother...

My Parents laughed and said they all have the same Parents and I wasn't planned...

They said they couldn't prove we had Indian blood and they left...

It wasn't until after my Parents died that I found out that I wasn't given the complete Family Geneology...

That's when I found it my Dad's Mom was part of the Blackfoot Tribe...

If I would peruse anything to prove it would only be so I could get a Wolf Mix...
