Every day when you get up for work,then you do what you gotta do

In the bathroom mirror is a knackered old face, looking straight back at you

That face is your safety man,he'll look you right in the eyes

He's the only one who knows your fit for purpose ,you know he won't tell you no lies

Don't be letting yourself down,or your family and friends 

To be on the ball when you get to work,to your colleges,your life depends

Don't wanna be over the limit or on an illegal high

We all want to be safe in what we do,and we won't just walk on by

Lets all just think about what we can do,to make our sites more safe

So we may go back to our families,our most important place
