This is me

​​​​​​This is me wild and free or at least it used to be,Always smiling with nice things to say.Now I just turn and walk away.
 I was young and restless without a care in the world,just driving down the road stoned in my world.
Didnt know what the future held,just went with the flow.If I knew then what I know now God who knows.
God has his plans for us we just have to wait and see,he must think I’m a strong person so why not shout with glee.
Yesterday is history tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift we just can’t tell.Am I going to heaven or hell?
Ive made mistakes and learned my lesson,oh I may have a confession.Im not perfect or claim to be,just simple and humble at heart. I didn’t think my life would fall apart.
Enough of the pity no time for that.Why do people think I’m a mat?Ive come along way to get pushed back.
