Tears heal
words disappear 
But bruises don't 
they stay
Stay for time 
time which never goes away 
it's like a shadow
drags on your back
but when you need it 
it has your back 
But not in dark times

it runs away 
afraid of danger
danger which becomes tears 
tears which become words
bad words
then if you don't stop there
words become bruises
bruises from someone 
someone you once loved
love torn by dreams 
dreams which are now nightmare 
nightmares like war
War which leads to love
love which had been reunited
bruises which have been healed,
By love
words which change
Good words
tears which have been taken away 
by a gust of wind 
from loves touch!
the message 
life is hard 
but get on with it 
Apologise to bruises
Say good things about others
and mainly
Help others when upset
EVEN if you started it! X
