This Pandemic Lockdown Whimsey

It is another day in a life of mine
I guess that figures 
I could not live anyone else's 
It might be fun to exchange lives for a day
With say, Lady Gaga or the Queen of England
I might even consider a male life, like Tom Cruise
But,  I cannot
I am stuck in this one
Chained to my path like an anchor
I strive to transcend and to manifest
i work hard at removing blocks and the 
Things that no longer serve
So why do I feel so lost and floundered
Like cast adrift with no deep anchor
LIke a movie with no script
I am free they say, to do whatever I choose
To be a success and a motivator
To be a mover and a shaker 
Working at home in my robe
Fighting off depression
Trying not to eat too much 
Keeping my masks in the car
Not wearing lipstick inside my mask
Being courteous and alert driving
Remembering to wash my hands
Be grateful for my health 
Start over the next day 
With a desire to transform 
Just waiting for the chance
