Through the Ghost

Why must you hide in the 
shadow of darkness 
It seems that you are hiding
something deep inside
You bury your past deep within
that cold dark heart
Hoping that faith shall not lay
judgement upon you.

Darkness stirs around the 
the moon lit night
As time starts to fade with
the past buried within
The silence of the night sends
fear within my heart
As Darkness grips this slow beating 
black heart of mine

The sound of laughter long
forgotten in time
As the memories we once share 
become a blur
The roses we once grew became 
black as the night
As Darkness comes to seal the
faith death laid upon me
