Tidal forces
Even in the sunlight this head
is aware of the night waiting
for her chance,
while the heart ever seeks
the invisible moon.
Tidal forces, cleaving,
pain rules from behind the silence,
by division.
From birth, stars map
their course, growing planets
placing me on the
event horizon,
trust the only particle
having escape velocity.
All those days I chose silence
and all I did, was helping noone −
trust the only word
that set me free.
Hang I did, above the chasm,
for trust was the bridge
I could not build.
Yesterday broke for a moment
and trust
sent me a star (lifelong) −
in the body,
heart casually beating,
the cold head put itself to rest
in your galaxy and finally answered
yes.

The darkness is always lurking! The "night" always follows the "day". Trust is something we all need to behold. Excellent poem xx
Thank you, I always kept the faith, but trust was more elusive, yet somehow I found it again?
