Tides of Love: Ship Wreck

This feeling is like the ocean.
   My stomach,
               Twists and turns,
From the tides created by the force
Of this gravitational pull I have for you.
                My words,
         Are trapped in an undertow,
                       Being dragged further
                                         Away
                                              From
                                                     You.

       My words,
Drown.
        While all the surrounding voices
Crash on the shores of your ears.
Can you hear my water logged love song?
 I'm tossing and turning,
        And being dragged under.
This rip current of emotion makes it hard to function.
                     I can't breathe.

But,
    If you be my moon,
    I will be your ocean.
 To your command,
I'll rise to the highest of tides,
To unsuccessfully kiss
                                What is
                                      Out of
                                           Reach.

When I wash upon the sand,
Of the island known as Loneliness,
I'll wait for your love boat shipwreck,
Caught in the barrel grounds of heart break.
                                 Hold tight.

     Because together we can mend,
                        And patch,
                               And fix it.
Together we will set sail on a quest for happiness.
                  This is the test.
       Perhaps we will stay afloat.
If not,
      Then let it be.
We will sink into the sea.
        We can say we tried,
But in the end,
           It will be a shipwreck.
