Till the World Ends
 
Remove the many masks that we wear
Time to show just how much you care
 
So many seem to want for gold and jewels
But we live in a world that is ruled by fools
 
All the while wars continue to wage
Seems since the dawning of our age
 
Poverty kills and pollution chokes our skies
I watch to see if the white dove will ever fly
 
You lead me down to the cold dark waterway
And there I fall to my knees and begin to pray
 
Today so many hearts sing a sad song
But you brought me to where I belong
 
So many souls seem to be bought and sold
I am so grateful that I have you to hold
 
Forever wash away my untamed fears
Drowning in a bed of sorrowful tears
 
Let the earth quake with a thunderous force
But know how I love thee for better or worse
 
Cleanse this place with the rains of spring
All of your love and joy to me you bring
 
Tonight we sleep under a blanket of stars
Revealing all of our lives many battle scars
 
Fate bring us to a place of eternal bliss
Seal our united love with your faithful kiss
 
Love lead us to the path of least resistance
Where our souls can make sense of our existence
 
We will be in each other’s arms till the world ends
Into the endless universe our united love we send
