"Time"

"Time"

                                                               Time

Clocks ticking, bells ringing, on deafening hours

Who knew that church bell would be a last for ours

                                          Tears streaming, hearts breaking

Truths that left me speechless for hours

                                          I should've ran like a coward

As love withered away like dying flowers

A room full of tears like showers

You left me at the podium in our final hour

And again I chase the sound with half deaf ears.
