Time.

Time looks so much better laid out on paper. 
Categorized into little boxes with a month a year and day. 
It looks as though it will arrive so briskly.
you can plan out all you want.
Writing on paper will not stop time from clutching your days. 
Thieving your moments.
 Swiping your pen.
We cannot plan our futures.
Because we cannot control the time.
For the time controls us.
So scribble in your little black book about your plans for next October all you want.

But fact of the matter is you might not make it to October 12 2018.
