Time To Go...

As the darkness overwhelms me,
And the tears roll down my face,
I can't seem to get a grip on reality,
I can't seem to find my place.

Why does it feel so lonely,
With these people all around?
Why can't anyone understand what I'm thinking?
Can't they see my soul is lying on the ground?

The days just keep getting longer,
and the nights, they hear my cries.
My mind keeps getting more tired,
While my body is believing all the lies.

Please someone come save me,
Listen to what my expressions say,
If there is anyone out there that is listening,
I cant go on living another day.

This world is cruel and hateful,
The people make it known.
I'm done more today than ever,
Please, God, don't hate me, it was time for my soul to go.
