Time to move on

Now the truth is finally out,
I'm so relieved I want to shout,
I feel like a fool I made the wrong choice,
But now I know that I can rejoice,
Lucky escape? Maybe not,
I do like her and she is hot,
But it's clear to see she's not in the right place,
And there's a look you don't trust in her face,
Tomorrow at work should be fun,
But then she's off to get a tan in the sun, 
Maybe that's best some time apart,
So I can sort out my head and my heart,
Why did I go to her when Chloe was there,
When she tried for me and I now swear,
If I could change the past and undo what I did,
Then I would in a heartbeat and I tell you that now kid,
As for Katie I hope she's happy,
We don't talk now which is kind of crappy,
But maybe it's best that we both move on, 
As the past is the past and now she's gone
