A Time So Far Away

A Time So Far Away

A Time So Far Away

Your beauty is in a time so far away that I can never reach,

I stand here in the February 17 snow
and raise a glass of wine to the past,

Your beauty is in a time so far away, that I can never reach,

Your smile is like blooming cherry blossoms in the springtime
Your eyes are as dark and beautiful as Tahitian pearls,

Your beauty is in a time so far away, that I can never reach,

My love for your beauty and charm will always last,

For more than one thousand years your name,
has not been forgotten,

And until the end of time,
My beautiful Queen Seondeok! of Silla,
Your beauty and charm will always last!

Hi Tony!

Thank you for the five stars and kind words.
You will find this hard to believe.  But I have never been to the FAR EAST in this lifetime.
I seem to know a lot about Korea, and I have never studied much about Korea.
Many people have asked me if I am Korean America. My Korean friends are amazed at my Knowledge of Korea.  My Friend LK even calls Korea my second home.
Others tell me I must have been Korean in a past life.  There is no real explanation how I can know such much about a place that I have never been.   It's kind of scary.  I don't know if I should call it a curse or a gift.

You may wish to read the first couple of pages of the preview in my poetry collection 'Dreams'.
Just click on the cover photo to look at the preview of my book.

The only thing is I seem to have a mental block when It comes to learning the beautiful Korean language. :(
