Poem -

time will tell

tick tock,
tick tock,
can you hear it?
life's mocking clock....
the ticktocking starts at birth and ends when you're under the earth.
it's there all your life,
ticktocking in your ear.
it's there all your life to let you know you're not yet there but here.
on top of the earth for now.
the right side up?
or upside down?
you decide,
smile or frown?
ignore the ticktocking if you can,
for then the potential is there to live life how you know you'd rather plan.
I know,
it's still there,
the tick tocking trying to make life unfair,
just hold on and just ignore it,
you've got a life now go and explore it .....
