TIPSY GYPSY

She had a stall in the busy fairground
I went inside without making a sound
What did my life have in store for me ?
Told I hope by the mysterious Gypsy Lee

This lady my friend was no ordinary gypsy
Slurred her words as if she was rather tipsy
No crystal ball was on her patterned table
Her words disjointed and pretty unstable

I was trapped not knowing what I should do
The people outside were forming a queue
Then all of sudden I had a clear idea
Left Gypsy Lee my full bottle of beer

Gypsy Lee smiled and bid me a good day
I hurried out didn't hang about and stay
Looking back I will never forget this gypsy
Liking her drink and behaving rather tipsy
