to dread that moments peace for fear of what she'll see

Pon fallen knee knocked rocky edge of quiet waters waiting 
comes visage clear in sharp reflect so graced by darkened depths.
And in this hold of constant stretched between the now that was and now to be, 
Its here in calms embrace, 
she's offered pause to face herself.
