To live for someone

To Live for someone,
Is better than living for me.
Don’t need to be done,
Just filled with glee.
 
I used to think,
No one cared.
I was on the brink,
Of succumbing to despair.

Someone found me,
In the midst of my world.
He had a key,
To my secret door of pearl.

He was the light,
On all my dark days.
Made sure i was alright,
Cared for me in every way.

The colours to my sunset,
Stars to my night sky.
He solved every threat.
A smile to my cries.
