To see the world through a young boys eyes 
Is usually full of wonder and twice the size 
Football when its cold and cricket when its hot 
Trying to find time for school to learn a lot

Is usually about eating chips and munching on pies 
Hair of girls need to be pulled and races need to be won 
Endless summer days of laughter and fun

Is usually about getting in trouble by telling little lies 
When my old eyes reminisce of those younger eyes 
I wonder and amaze how quickly time flies
