I give wisdom and confidence to the simple. The wise mouth of the righteous utters justice and his tongue truth. His feet never slip. My purpose and my subject is to acquire wisdom and discipline to be able to discern words of intelligence. Call out in the streets your wisdom and in public places raise your voice.
