My name is Tommy Gunn yes dear friends its true 
I was named after a rifle used in World War two 
Having a name like Tommy Gunn is a terrible curse 
The jokes that come with it are even worse 

To the ladies in the bedroom I give my thanks 
I always make sure Tommy Gunn does not fire blanks 
However when I lost my job the other day 
Tommy Gunn was fired people would chuckle and say 

So dear friends believe me it is no fun
