A Touch

After you grind your mind,

 You create to center on it,

For a sensation, For a touch

An emotion; A passion;

This occurs on a surface.

within a moment; a second;

 A sensational radiation;

 Brings the body and mind,

Then, you begin to perceive

All energy on in your body

 This is temporary in nature

 Every feeling such as stiffness,

Lack of mood, pleasure, temper,

All has a beginning, acceleration,

a middle path  and a dead-end

 Everything goes and moves

in a constant change, now and then
