It seems the train
Is on a revolving track
Think you are chugging ahead
And it just knocks you back

It uses your breath
As steam for the engine
Makes you worry
Makes you question

Is there a switch 
To change the track
Of the course of your life
Or does it take you back

Run over your feet
So you cannot move
You are stuck in the ground
In a very deep groove

It chugs along stealing
All your hopes and dreams
Takes all your breath
To conjure up more steam

Like an endless tunnel
Dreary and dark
Maybe there is one more match
To light a spark
