Transition

Transition

Masked in smiles, a hidden bore,
Bursts of less progress inside,
Rotting enigma to the core,
True colours forced to hide.

Death of old and poignant drama,
Transcending dark to light,
Uncertain, yet refreshed in karma,
New pastures replenish sight.

Changes etched fetch a hope,
Challenges test my robust,
A time always dreamt of and spoke,
My footsteps shall echo dust.
