Listen, the universe will tell you her secrets
From time to time
The world will test the bravest
'Tis truly brave
Being old with dignity
And innocence
The boldest and most magical,
A generation?
The blink of God's eye
The privilege
Is in the being alive itself
And recognizing
The horizon's view
Looped in translucent circles
And connecting the me and you
Of all existence
The inert
As well as the volcanic
The soul looks steadily forward
Creating worlds
Leaving other worlds behind
No dates nor persons
No rituals or special standing
The spirit
Recognizing the light
That exists
Between us all...
Listen, the Universe is calling
I remove my sweater,
And gently place it,
Across your body,
Of stars...
