Trapped

trapped inside a world so cold trapped without someone to 
hold trapped inside a life of pain trapped inside the guilt 
and shame trapped i’m so trapped within trapped over and 
over again 
trapped and i’m so,so angry trapped because i 
can’t find me trapped because i’ve been abused trapped 
and i feel so confused trapped and i’m so, so ashamed 
trapped with only me to blame trapped just like a cagged 
dove trapped only wanting to be loved trapped trying to cope 
without hope trapped all because of using dope trapped 
trying to find sobriety trapped hoping to be set free 
trapped i’m so,so trapped and all i want to say,is that 
god is the only way,to get out of the trapp.
