Trapped

What I see is not what it seems
And the words that comes
Bring more confusion
How should I root ? 
When you are not sure
About the road that I am trying to build
You are still trapped in that past
And even I can't reach or last
This "burden" that i feel 
When you will come to your sences? 
And, maybe, if this sentances
Reach
Hopefully one day
