The Trees Off Dreams

Trees with branches like veins

These stange

Beautiful creatures

A tree

Such a name is unworthy

Of explaining

The immense beauty of a thousand

Individual something's

Glinting in the sun

And dancing on the wind

As the whole thing in itself

Sways to and fro

Like a noble ship

Untouched by a storm

Sail on earthly branches

My great and beautiful friend

And may the seasons

Be kind

As you stand and wait

How can one not see

The divine immense beauty

Of all life

As it dances and shines

Before blinking eyes

It's not rocket science

And it would seem natural

For one to love and cherish

The planet he was born on

We must see the world

With fresh eyes

Dump the names

And threw the senses

Reach out touch embrace

This heavenly kingdom

This sacred miracle

It has not been explained

And if so

That was someone else's opinion

And what is it to you

Here right now in your life

On your journey

If you believe all others say

Your not living your dead

Make your own mind up

And dare to dream
