True Intensions

To figure out why people do what they do. Why decide to hurt what love once new. Is it hate is it revenge that they pursue. The demon that came from love you thought was true. To obliterate to scatter to destroy to maim. Do they understand what they give they get back the same. What you give is what you get but I don't wish you the same. The pain the destruction you achieved it all. Why must you have taken what meant most to me after all. I still listen for the sound of the little laugh and small feet Pitter pat down the hall. You knew it would crush me it's all I had left. As you sit and laugh as the weight crushes my chest. I wish you the world and all the love it holds and before to long the truth will unfold. The love that I had the love that you knew you will see it was real and as true.
