Truth is in order to grow we have to do the things that scare us 

I dare you to cry in front of someone 

Truth is in order to be seen we can’t hide who we truly are 

I dare you to be your self, no pretending 

Truth is in order to heal from pain we must feel it 

I dare you to stop numbing it 

Truth is in order to be trusted we have to trust in others 

I dare you to share secrets and keep them 

Truth is in order to have courage we must not be afraid to fail 

I dare you to try something new 

Truth is in order to learn we must make mistakes 

I dare you to screw up massively 

Truth is in order to be loved and I mean really loved we must love 

I dare you to let down your walls and be vulnerable 

Truth is nothing changes unless you change some things 

I dare you to choose different and create a new ending courageously
