Truth and lies
I thought you loved me, but it's not real. This isn't the way loves supposed to feel. Love and lies don't mix. There's somethings not even your kiss can fix. I wanted this to be real, not just another game. Iv came to relize your all the same. Im tired of believing everything you say. Its the same lies day after day. When i really need you, your never there. The truth is you dont really care. Im done pretending i believe all the lies you tell. Its over, you can just go to hell..

Yeah, been there, done that myself.
This could benefit from a bit of editing...unless you meant to misspell the words you have and omit the punctuation. However, there's some things poetic license simply can't cover up for.
