"TWILIGHT ZONE ENCOUNTER"

"TWILIGHT ZONE ENCOUNTER"

The dusky clouds covering the sun, gives an "other-worldliness" to the beach
No sun bathers or volley-ballers, everyone's ducked themselves out of reach
Like an episode of the "Twilight Zone", I'm on the beach alone
It's eerie, like any second now, the circuit breaker will be blown
And what little light there is will become a fading, frightening memory
And the lonely seagull on the sand will be stranded, and ask for help from me
But in this quirky episode, a stranger appears in the lapping waters
And begins to glow, like a lighthouse keepers virgin daughter
The seagull begins to waddle toward the strangers light
And I am feeling frightened by the intensity of the sight
So as I prepare to leave, the stranger reaches out his hand
And the next thing I'm aware of, is lying in the sand
The police and rescue workers are standing all impressed
And I'm lying there naked, with a tattoo on my chest
When I ask someone, to tell me what it says
They look at me, as if I should take a guess
But, I urge them on, and this is what it says;

"GOD LOVES YOU".......
