TWISTED SISTER'S GENERATION

If it was not
for the fact
that your
Life was trite
and Jaded
We might
of
decided
to take it
But because
it was so boring
and consficated
Taking it
was just
not going 
to happen

As a Teen
I still
remember
the past
generation
sitting 
in judgement
allowing experience
to self elect them
as
the
 "Powers be"
in the rebelious
fight
for a never  ending
conflict
towards
cultural revolution

The thought
I had then
was to act out
in anyway
I could
Doing anything
to "stick it"
to the "Man!"

Today
in Horror
I realize
that we
the Generation
of Twisted Sister
have  inherited
the throne
of our Predecessors
and we are now
not only
"Taking it"
from the "Man"
We have in 
essence
become
the "Man"!
