Poem -

Undoubtedly Thine

Beyond the skies lies a woman in her bed
whose beautiful face I cannot get out of my head
Though I know her dreams are not of me
perhaps after reading this she will see
Would you be willing to open thy heart to me
flawless beauty beyond what these eyes see
Could I be the man to keep you warm at night
be he that to protect you would fight
To take in every inch of your body with my sight
and hold you long past morning's light
I pray that it's your lips I'd be blessed to taste
let us not let any part of love go to waste
I wait for you, you who are moved by this line
for I am forever, undoubtedly thine.
