Poem -

UNTIL DEATH DO US PART

There is a softness about you
That filters through
Just thinking about the little things you do
Makes me want to embrace you.
When I think of you I think of love
Living without you is like
The heavens without its galaxies above.
It is said.. Every eye sees its own beauty
This is true, O so true
For my eyes were enlightened
The very first time I saw you.
You are the oxygen in my atmosphere
My sunrise and sunset
You are my most pleasurable excitement
And the thoughts I cannot  forget.
But I am between a rock and a hard place
Having to be satisfied with just the memory of your face
I can never feel your gentle touch or warm embrace
Because you are someone else's wife.
But as long as I live
I will faithfully carry the wounds
That unfulfilled desires gives
To my grave I will depart
But you my darling love
Will forever be in my heart.
