Poem -

Unto the Pictureless

~~Such mercy, unto a conquered future. And I dare to kindle
Infinity. For love, maxim of a dynasty—only to resurrect
In triumph. And eminence, the crown of glory, my utter
Sensation. Wherefore the seed of death, unto life eternal. But
I dare to doubt, if only to discover Truth. Whereby the soul,
Fractured in the breeze. And my particles, adrift the faceless.
Thus idyllic my thrust, unto malaise and sorrow. For life, as
Dark as mystery, tacit as a fortress. But I dare to fathom
Light, epitome of my faith. Wherefore vexed, unto paradox,
Alive, a distant dream. And this moment, touch of déjà vu,
A flaming nightmare. Whereby aloft to escape, unto misery
And heartbreak. But I dare to believe, untamed in my faith,
Unto vision, and prophecy. Thus flung into anguish, the scar of
Spirit. And I dare love, unto a broken future.
