Thanks to the fellow poetess Cherie Leigh's comments, the correct title should be "Mongolian", not "Uyghur" - This shows the ignorance of my limited knowledge of Mongols and Uyghurs. My translation was completed on 2020-11-21, with the final modification on 2020-11-23.

As cooking smoke rises from the white yurts
I was born in a home of herder’s
The grassland of boundless
is the cradle that nurtures my growth
The land that feeds me
is much like my own body to cherish
The river water that bathes me
is sweet as the milk of mother’s
O! We’re the Mongols
We have deep affection for our native land
O! We’re the Mongols
We passionately love our native land
